Reporter Guide
Follow these steps to correctly identify and report a hogger.

Identify a Hogger
Look for a station with a blinking green LED. This indicates the vehicle is fully charged but still occupying the spot.

Locate Station ID
The station name/number is usually located on the side of the pillar.

Identify Connector
Check which side is blinking. If the RIGHT LED is blinking, it is Connector 1. If the LEFT LED is blinking, it is Connector 2.

Take Evidence
Take a clear photo of the license plate while the car is still connected to the station.
